Dhammadeepa Meditation Centre
The Dhamadeepa Buddhist Meditation Centre, which was founded in 1994 in Dandenong Victoria Australia, is a Buddhist temple that practices the Theravada tradition. Since its inception, the temple has become a well respected centre for worship, meditation and religious gatherings for Buddhists and non-Buddhists. The temple also offers people the opportunity to read and learn about Buddhism.
The Dhamadeepa Buddhist Meditation Centre provides spiritual and emotional support to people of all faiths, serenity and tranquillity.
Some of the many Buddhist activities conducted at the temple include: daily Gilanpasa Pooja, Dhamma sessions, Dhamma School for children, monthly atasil programs, Katina and Wesak Celebrations.
The Dhamadeepa Buddhist Meditation Centre is entirely supported by generous subscriptions, donations and voluntary contributions from the well wishers living in Melbourne.
